What cause feel like vomiting?

Sometimes, after certain meals or if I'm stressed, I get this strong feeling like I need to vomit, even if nothing comes up. What could be causing this feeling of wanting to vomit?

Bhaiyya, aksar pet me garmi ya gas banne se aesa jee machalta hai. Thoda sa adrak ka tukda chus lijiye ya nimbu paani pijiye, bahut araam milega. Agar zyada pareshani ho toh doctor babu ko dikha lena.

Nausea can sometimes happen due to a sudden fluctuation in blood pressure or acid reflux. I keep my BP in check and eat light, non-oily meals. Please get your BP monitored once if this vomiting sensation is frequent.

Bro, for me it is always either food poisoning from street food or a crazy hangover. Usually, drinking buttermilk or electral water helps settle my stomach. Just rest it out, but if you keep throwing up, go to a clinic.

Dekho, acidity, kharab khana, ya fir migraine ki wajah se bhi ulti jaisa lagta hai. Pehle thoda thanda paani piyo aur let jao. Agar do-teen din se lagatar ho raha hai, toh bina soche doctor ke paas jao.

It is usually acute gastritis or indigestion from outside food. Just stick to light curd rice or khichdi and keep yourself hydrated. If you get high fever or stomach pain along with it, don't sit at home, see a doctor.
