What cause eczema on neck?

I've been getting these red, itchy patches on my neck for a while now, and they look like eczema. What are the common causes for eczema specifically on the neck area?

Eczema can often flare up due to stress and inner restlessness. Keep your mind peaceful, stay positive, and gently apply pure coconut oil on the area. God willing, your skin will find its natural balance and heal soon.

Neck pe eczema sweat accumulation ya woollen collars ke friction se ho jata hai, haan. Thoda tight synthetic clothes avoid kiya karo na, and sweat ko jame mat rehne do. Normal soothing cream lagao, jaldi thik hoga.

Garmi aur paseene ki wajah se gardan par laal daane aur khujli ho jaati hai. Hamaare yahan neem ke paani se saaf karte hain aur dhool-mitti se bachte hain. Aap skin wale doctor ko dikha lijiye, araam mil jayega.

Sometimes food allergies like dairy, gluten, or excessive spicy food can trigger neck eczema flares. I noticed a huge difference in my skin irritation when I started eating a clean, plant-based diet with minimal oil.

I always panic that skin rashes might be some severe autoimmune disease. Neck eczema is usually triggered by rough clothes, strong soaps, or new perfumes. Try to switch to chemical-free products immediately to see if it reduces.

I had terrible neck eczema for months. The breakthrough for me was identifying that my laundry detergent was too harsh. Switched to a baby-friendly liquid detergent and the neck itching vanished completely.

With our busy schedules, we sweat a lot during commutes, and the friction from formal collars causes these rashes. Just use a basic hypoallergenic moisturizer and wash your neck immediately after reaching home.

Neck skin is very sensitive and easily irritated by hair dyes, metallic chains, or harsh perfumes. Keep the area well-moisturized with a basic, fragrance-free cream. If it doesn't clear up, a doctor might suggest a mild topical steroid.
