What cause back bone pain?

Been having a dull ache in my lower back for the past few weeks, especially after sitting for long hours at work. What could be the common causes for this kind of backbone pain?

For mild pain, a warm mustard oil massage with garlic works wonders. However, back bone pain can also be due to bad posture, lack of calcium, or sleeping on a soft mattress. Try sitting straight and see if it helps.

I had persistent spine pain and went to a specialist at a major hospital. They did an MRI to check for disc issues. Please don't rely on random advice; get a proper consultation and scan done to find the exact cause.

Sitting for 8-10 hours at a desk really weakens the lower back muscles. If your doctor allows, light core-strengthening exercises and regular walking can help relieve the pressure on your spine.

Back bone pain should never be ignored as it could be a nerve compression or disc slip. Please visit an orthopedician for a proper checkup. It is always better to be safe and get a professional opinion early.

I just recovered from severe back pain last month. It was caused by a mild slip disc due to lifting heavy luggage incorrectly. Rest, physical therapy, and correcting my lifting posture completely cured it.
