What can make you feel hot but no fever?

Sometimes I feel very hot and flushed, like I have a fever, but when I check my temperature, it's normal. This happens quite often, especially in the evenings. What can make you feel hot without actually having a fever? It's quite uncomfortable.

This happens to me sometimes, it's so confusing. Hormonal fluctuations, especially around your period or with conditions like PCOS, can definitely make you feel hot without a fever. Stress and anxiety can also play a big role. It's always good to consult a doctor if it's frequent to rule out anything serious.

Oh, I totally get it, that 'internal oven' feeling with no fever is so weird! Sometimes it's just stress or anxiety, or even hot weather. For women, hormonal changes are a big culprit. Make sure you're hydrated and try to relax.

Man, this happens to me when I'm sleep-deprived! My head feels warm but no fever. Also, if I drink too much coffee or am super stressed at work. It's like my body is just doing its own weird thing. Definitely drink water, water, water.

Feeling hot without a fever can be due to anxiety, stress, hormonal imbalances (like menopause or PMS), certain medications, or even dehydration. If it's persistent or concerning, consult a doctor to rule out underlying issues.

Hey, don't stress too much! This happens to loads of people. It can be anxiety, hormonal shifts (especially for us girls!), or even just being a bit dehydrated. Try taking deep breaths and sipping some cool water. If it's bothering you a lot, maybe a quick chat with your doc is good.

Oh, this is so common! 🤗 Stress and anxiety are big culprits for that 'internal heat' feeling. Also, sometimes simply being dehydrated or hormonal shifts can do it! Keep calm and stay hydrated! 💧

I've felt this too and wondered! Is it true that sometimes certain foods can also make you feel hot? Like really spicy food? Or maybe dehydration?

Yeh common hai. Kayi baar stress, ghabrahat, ya fir garmi ki wajah se bhi aisa lagta hai. Ladies mein hormonal changes bhi ek wajah ho sakti hai. Zyada socho mat, thanda paani piyo aur thodi der rest karo. Agar zyada ho toh doc ko dikhao.

My son sometimes complains of feeling hot even when there's no fever. His pediatrician said it could be anything from dehydration to mild stress or even just wearing too many layers. Make sure you're drinking enough water and try to relax.
