What can i take with ambien to help me sleep?

I've been prescribed Ambien for my insomnia, but sometimes it's still not enough, and I wake up too early. Is there anything I can take alongside it to help me achieve a longer, more restful sleep? My doctor is aware I struggle with this.

Hey, I understand the struggle with sleep, especially with PCOS sometimes it makes things worse. But please be super careful mixing medications like Ambien with anything else without asking your doctor. It can have unpredictable effects, better to consult once. Take care!

Instead of mixing medicines, have you tried some gentle pranayama before bed? Just 10-15 minutes of deep breathing can really calm your mind and help you sleep naturally. It's helped me a lot, maybe it can help you too.

Honestly, I used to panic a lot about my sleep too, and sometimes thought about taking things together. But then I realized it's better to just stick to what the doctor prescribed. Mixing things without proper advice can be risky, don't try it.

Bro, with Ambien, mixing anything without doc's approval is a big no-no. For better sleep in general, try winding down an hour before bed, no screens. And maybe a light workout in the evening, helps a lot with sleep quality.

Beti, these English medicines are strong. Don't take anything extra with it without asking your big doctor. Sometimes a warm glass of milk before bed helps, or just talking with someone. Don't worry so much, everything will be fine.

Hey, yaar, Ambien is already a strong sleep aid, right? Pls don't mix anything else with it without checking with your doctor first. It's really not worth the risk. Just try to keep your bedroom dark and cool, and don't stress too much about sleeping, it often makes it worse!
