Hi there! For liver health, cutting down on processed foods and alcohol is super important. I've found that incorporating more leafy greens, fresh fruits, and lean proteins helps a lot. And honestly, staying hydrated is key. Maybe check with your doc if you have specific concerns, they might suggest some supplements.

It's good you're thinking about your liver. A healthy diet and avoiding things that strain it are always helpful. Don't stress too much, just try to eat clean and get enough rest. Small changes can make a big difference.

Haan ji, liver ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Mere ghar pe toh log subah nimbu paani peete hain, kehte hain acha hota hai. Aur na, fried cheezein thoda avoid karo, light khana khao. Paani zyada peena, that's what my mom always says.

For liver recovery, natural options can be quite good. Turmeric in your food, a spoon of amla juice diluted in water, or even some dandelion tea are often suggested. But if you're feeling really unwell or have ongoing symptoms, please, please see a doctor immediately, don't just rely on home remedies.

Bhai, simple funda hai. No alcohol, no junk food. Eat home-cooked food, lots of sabzi. Drink plenty of water. If you're talking about 'recovery' because of some issue, better to get it checked by a proper doctor, they will guide you best. Don't mess with liver health.
