What can i take to help me sleep at night?

For the past few months, I've had trouble sleeping through the night. I wake up frequently and then can't go back to sleep. My wife suggested asking about what might help me sleep better.

Try having a warm glass of milk before bed, it really helps to relax. Also, make sure your room is dark and quiet.

Honestly, I used to struggle with sleep too. What helped me was having a fixed bedtime routine, even on weekends. No screens one hour before bed makes a huge difference for me, personally.

Haan, neend na aana toh bohot mushkil hai. Try kar lo thoda yoga ya meditation. Aur na, phone bilkul door rakhna sote time. Meri wife bolti hai garam paani se naha ke sone se bhi achi neend aati hai.

Bro, same! I sometimes have trouble sleeping after studying. What helps me is listening to some chill lofi music or a podcast. And like, try not to scroll reels just before sleeping, that's the worst.

For me, chamomile tea works wonders. It's natural and calming. Also, try doing some light stretches or meditation before sleeping. If it's a regular problem, maybe check with a doc just to be sure.

Please be careful with what you take without consulting a doctor. I once tried some over-the-counter sleep aids and had really bad side effects. Best to speak to a professional if you're having persistent sleep issues.

Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime, especially anything spicy or fried. Some people find a light snack like a banana or some almonds can help. I always stick to a simple, early dinner myself.
