Honestly, if you've been vomiting, it's always best to consult a doctor. They can figure out the cause and tell you exactly what to drink or eat. Don't take chances with your health, better safe than sorry.

Uff, vomiting is zero fun! When my stomach is upset, I usually stick to plain nimbu pani with a pinch of salt and sugar, or sometimes just a light coconut water. Nothing too heavy, you know? Later maybe some khichdi.

After a session like that, rehydration is key. Electrolytes are important. You can try ORS or even just plain water with a pinch of salt and lemon. Avoid anything sugary or dairy right now, it can irritate the stomach more.

Just recovered from this myself last week! My doctor told me to stick to small sips of water, then clear broths or coconut water. Avoided anything acidic or spicy. It really helped to just let my stomach rest and not force anything.

I totally get how unsettling that can be, mere saath bhi hua hai. It leaves you feeling so weak and anxious. Just try to sip on some clear fluids very slowly, and don't push yourself. It's okay to feel down when you're unwell.

Please don't ignore this. I once thought it was just a stomach bug and didn't get it checked, ended up feeling terrible for days. It's really important to see a doc, especially if you're still feeling unwell. They can suggest something to rehydrate properly.
