What can help me sleep at night?

I'm having a really hard time sleeping at night. I toss and turn for hours, and then I'm super tired all day. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work. What else can help me sleep better?

For diabetics, sleep issues can sometimes be linked to night-time blood sugar crashes. I always have a small handful of walnuts before bed to keep my levels stable. Avoid any sweet warm drinks or commercial sleep teas that have added honey.

Ghar pe simple nuskha apnao ji. Sone se pehle apne pairon ke talwon par thoda sa sarson ka tel malish karo. Bahut acchi aur gehri neend aati hai, thakan bhi door ho jati hai.

Keep your mind calm and let go of all the day's worries before sleeping. Chant a small prayer or simply listen to soft, peaceful music for ten minutes. It relaxes the soul and helps you sleep in peace.

I used to toss and turn for hours every single night. What really helped me was making my room completely dark and slightly cool. It creates the perfect cozy environment to fall asleep naturally.

My grandmother always used to tell us to drink warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg powder before bed. It works wonderfully, but if your sleeplessness continues, it is always best to consult your family doctor for a proper checkup.

Sone se pehle caffeine bilkul mat lo haan, evening ke baad chai-coffee band kar do. Thoda sa dhyan rakhoge toh neend apne aap acchi aayegi, na.

I completely agree with cutting out late-night screen time. Keeping your phone away at least 45 minutes before sleeping works wonders.

I know how terrifying it is to watch the clock tick to 3 AM while feeling wide awake and anxious. First, take a deep breath and accept that it is okay if you sleep a bit less tonight. Removing that pressure actually helps your mind relax enough to drift off.

My smart band showed that my deep sleep was extremely low on days I ate heavy dinners late. Try setting a timer to finish dinner at least three hours before bed. It dramatically improves your sleep quality metrics.

I used to panic thinking I had chronic insomnia and that something was seriously wrong with my brain. But once I fixed my daily wake-up routine and got active, my sleep went back to normal. Relax, it is just a phase and you will sleep fine soon.
