What can diabetics eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?

My father has had diabetes for years, and we're always looking for new meal ideas for him. It's hard to keep things varied. What are some good food options for diabetics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Keep it balanced: eggs or besan chilla for breakfast, dal-sabzi with one multigrain roti for lunch, and grilled paneer or chicken salad for dinner. Most importantly, try to squeeze in a 15-minute post-meal walk after lunch and dinner. It works wonders for glucose disposal if your physician permits it.

I managed to bring my HbA1c down from 8.2 to 5.9 recently. I ate moong dal chilla for breakfast, brown rice with lots of bhindi and curd for lunch, and light vegetable soup with paneer for dinner. Staying consistent with these real, home-cooked meals changed everything for me.

Stop overcomplicating your meals. Just cut the heavy white rice and maida entirely. Go for eggs in the morning, a large bowl of salad with grilled chicken or dal at noon, and a light vegetable stir-fry with tofu for dinner. It is clean, simple, and keeps your numbers flat.

We don't need expensive exotic vegetables or imported seeds to manage diabetes. Simple seasonal foods work best and save money on those endless doctor visits. Eat roasted chana and tea for breakfast, local leafy greens with jowar roti for lunch, and a comforting bowl of khichdi with plenty of vegetables for dinner.

Hey, don't stress too much about planning the perfect menu, yaar. Just eat simple ghar ka khana—sprouts for breakfast, regular dal-chawal but with double the quantity of sabzi for lunch, and some light soup or paneer bhurji for dinner. You've got this, just take it one meal at a time!
