What can aggravate asthma?

My younger sister was recently diagnosed with asthma, and we're trying to figure out how to manage it better. What are some common things that can make her asthma worse? We want to avoid them as much as possible.

Mujhe pehle laga cold air se asthma attack ho jayega, bohot darr gayi thi. But doc ne bola it's common and just cover up properly. Stress bhi trigger karta hai, so try to stay calm.

I track my air quality index (AQI) with an app, especially during winter or dusty seasons. High pollution levels definitely trigger my asthma. Also, some fitness trackers help monitor breathing patterns, which can be useful.

It's totally understandable to worry about what can make asthma worse. For me, strong smells like perfumes or cleaning agents are a big no-no. Pet dander also, so I keep my distance from furry friends. Take care!

Yaar, for me, actually it's dust mites. Pura ghar clean rakhna padta hai. Aur sometimes, even a really bad laugh can trigger a cough that leads to an attack. So weird, na?

OMG, exam stress makes my breathing so weird. And if someone smokes near me, it's game over. My friends know now, so they're careful. Also, cold drinks after running? Bad idea.

Honestly, lack of sleep makes everything worse, including my asthma. When I'm super tired, even a slight change in weather feels like a mountain. So yeah, add 'not enough sleep' to the list. My body protests loudly.

While my main concern is diabetes, I've noticed certain food allergens can also trigger asthma for some people. Not just respiratory triggers, but what you eat can also play a role for general inflammation. Always best to check with your doctor.

Aggravate asthma? My landlord's dusty renovations are doing a great job! But seriously, sudden temperature changes, like walking from AC into humid heat, always make me feel a bit wheezy. My lungs are drama queens, I tell you.
