What can a sleep study diagnose?

I've been feeling extremely tired lately, no matter how much I sleep. My doctor suggested a sleep study; what exactly can they diagnose with that?

A sleep study can diagnose sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and chronic insomnia. Since this test can be a bit expensive in private labs, look for government hospitals or check if your health insurance covers diagnostic sleep tests.

Sleep study se pata chalta hai ki kahi sote waqt saans toh nahi ruk rahi ya snoring ki problem hai. Yeh sab check karna zaroori hai, haan, na toh heart par bhi load padta hai.

It mainly diagnoses sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, and other sleep disorders! 😴 It basically tracks your brain waves and breathing patterns while you sleep. Pretty cool, right?

My son had severe snoring issues and we did a sleep study which diagnosed mild sleep apnea. It really helped the doctors decide the right treatment for him. Please get it done if your child's doctor recommends it.

Sleep issues are very common with hormonal imbalances like PCOS. A sleep study can safely identify if your fatigue is due to poor sleep quality or sleep apnea. It is best to consult a sleep specialist to see if you actually need the test.

If you are constantly tired at work despite sleeping 8 hours, a sleep study is highly recommended. It detects breathing interruptions or sleep apnea that ruin your sleep quality. Plan it over a weekend so it doesn't disrupt your office schedule.

I used to feel so weak and depressed, crying because I couldn't understand why I was always exhausted. Doing a sleep study finally gave me answers and diagnosed my severe sleep apnea. It was such a relief to finally know what was wrong with me.
