What brings on eczema?

I've been having these red, itchy patches on my arms and legs for a few months now, and my cousin said it might be eczema. What exactly causes this condition to flare up?

It's often triggered by irritants, allergens, and dry skin. Stress also plays a big role.

Eczema ke kai karan ho sakte hain. Dry skin, irritants jaise harsh soaps, dust mites, pollen, ya phir kuch khaane-peene ki cheezein. Stress bhi ek trigger hai. Genetics ka bhi role hota hai. Best hai skin specialist ko dikhao.

Yaar, eczema ka toh bahut factors hain, actually. Meri friend ko hai, and usko toh pollution, stress, and even some fabrics trigger karte hain. Dry skin is a big one too. And sometimes, it's just genetic. Best is to see a skin specialist, they'll tell you your specific triggers.

Eczema can be triggered by so many things! Sometimes it's genetics, sometimes it's like a bad reaction to harsh soaps or even certain foods. I've heard some people get flare-ups from dairy or gluten. But also, stress is a huge factor. Best to figure out your personal triggers with a doc.
