What breaks up kidney stones naturally?

My neighbour told me about some home remedies for kidney stones, but I want to be sure they are effective. What really breaks up kidney stones naturally without needing surgery?

I've heard people talk about lemon water and apple cider vinegar for small stones. But my bio prof said it's mostly about hydration. If the stone is big, natural stuff won't do much, you need a doctor. Don't risk it, man!

For kidney stones, the primary 'natural' method for small ones is lots of water. Lemon juice is also often suggested due to citrate. As a diabetic, I'm careful with any fruit juices, ensuring they don't spike blood sugar. Always confirm with your doctor, as natural doesn't always mean safe or effective for everyone.

Hey, don't stress too much! For really small kidney stones, increasing your water intake, especially with lemon juice, is often recommended. The citric acid might help. Some people also try apple cider vinegar diluted in water. But seriously, talk to a doctor first, okay?

I can only share my experience, not give medical advice. When I had a small stone, my doctor told me to drink 3-4 liters of water daily and include lemon in it. It helped me pass it. I didn't try any other specific 'natural' remedies, as I prefer to stick to doctor's instructions.

Dekho, for kidney stones, 'natural' means you're relying on your body to pass them, often with some help. Drinking loads of water, especially nimbu paani (lemon water), can aid in passing small stones. Some people also try a bit of apple cider vinegar in water. But please, always get a proper diagnosis first; don't just try anything randomly, it can be risky.

As a vegetarian and someone conscious about food, I know that proper hydration with plain water and lemon water is key for small stones. Certain foods high in oxalates should be limited, depending on the stone type. Kulthi daal (horse gram) water is a traditional remedy, but its effect should be verified by a doctor.
