What breaks down kidney stones naturally?

My mother-in-law has kidney stones, and she prefers trying natural remedies first. What are some things that break down kidney stones naturally? Any home remedies that actually work?

Be very careful with 'natural' remedies you read online for kidney stones. Many of them are not scientifically proven and can even be harmful. Always, always check with a urologist. They are the experts, not some random blog post. Don't risk your health.

Honestly, for kidney stones, 'naturally' often means small stones passing with a lot of hydration. Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar are often mentioned, but their effectiveness depends on the stone type. With my BP, I rely on doctor's advice and plenty of plain water, regular checkups to avoid complications.

It's really scary to think about kidney stones, and wanting a natural solution is totally understandable. For smaller stones, drinking plenty of water, especially lemon water, might help them pass. Some also swear by apple cider vinegar or specific herbs, but please consult a doctor before trying anything. Safety first!

Naturally break down? Haan, mera sharir bhi ab sab kuch naturally hi todta hai, khaas kar meri willpower! Jokes aside, for kidney stones, drinking tons of water and lemon water is probably the most 'natural' thing that helps small ones pass. But if it's big, natural means waiting for a miracle or the doctor to break it for you. Don't overdo any home remedies without asking a proper doctor.

I had a small kidney stone once. Doc told me to just drink like 4-5 litres of water a day, especially with lemon. It eventually passed. Some people also try apple cider vinegar, but I just stuck to water and lemon. Don't try anything weird without asking a doctor first though.

For small kidney stones, the most effective natural method is increased fluid intake, especially water and lemon water. The citrate in lemon helps prevent calcium stone formation. Some people also suggest apple cider vinegar, but its efficacy varies and should be discussed with a doctor, especially depending on the stone's composition. Don't self-medicate.

Oh god, kidney stones are so worrying! I always get anxious thinking about them. For 'natural' breakdown, people often mention lemon juice (citrate helps), apple cider vinegar, and lots and lots of water. But it's super important to confirm the type of stone with a doctor first, because some 'natural' remedies might actually make certain types worse. Be safe!
