Just recovered from a high fever last week! What worked fast for me was taking paracetamol exactly as prescribed by my doctor, sponging my body with lukewarm water, especially on my forehead and underarms, and constantly sipping on water and ORS. Hydration is super important.

For a fever, taking a paracetamol after consulting a doctor is common. Also, a lukewarm bath or sponging can help bring it down quickly. Rest is very important too.

If you want to break a fever fast, you gotta get proper medication from a doctor first. Apart from that, hydrate like crazy – water, electrolytes. And once the fever settles, a very light, clean diet. No heavy exercise till you're fully recovered, obviously.

I used to panic every time I got a fever. But honestly, the fastest way is medication (paracetamol, as doctor advises), lots of fluids, and rest. Sponging also helps. Don't try anything extreme or you'll just make yourself more uncomfortable.

Look, if the fever is really high, the first thing is to get some paracetamol, but always follow the dosage instructions. Don't just self-medicate blindly. Then, lots of fluids and keep a damp cloth on your forehead. Don't worry too much, just be consistent with hydration and medication.

To break a fever fast, proper medication prescribed by a doctor is essential. Along with that, keep yourself well-hydrated. For me, with my BP, any sickness means I need to be extra careful and monitor everything. So, rest, fluids, and doctor's advice are paramount.
