What breaks a fever?

My younger brother has a fever, and we've been trying home remedies, but it's not going down much. What usually helps to break a fever effectively?

When I have a fever, besides doctor's meds, I try to keep myself hydrated with ORS and light soups. Also, a cool damp cloth on the forehead helps a lot. And once the fever starts coming down, if the doctor gives the green light, some light stretching or a short walk can help you feel better, boosts circulation.

Hey! Don't stress too much when you get a fever. First, pop a paracetamol as per dose, if you have one. Then, lots of fluids – water, juice, whatever. And sponging with lukewarm water works like magic, especially for kids. Just take it easy, yaar.

Usually, paracetamol helps bring down a fever, but always take it as per doctor's advice. What works wonders for me is sponging with lukewarm water, especially on the forehead and armpits. And drink lots of fluids, like coconut water or just plain water. Hydration is key!

Paracetamol is the usual go-to for breaking a fever, but always check with a doctor! 💊 Also, sponging with lukewarm water, staying super hydrated with water or ORS, and getting lots of rest helps a lot! Hope you feel better soon! ✨

Yaar, fever break karne ke liye, the most common is paracetamol, but actually, you should consult a doc for the right dosage. Besides meds, sponging with normal water, drinking lots of fluids like ORS or nimbu paani, and getting proper rest really helps. Don't underestimate rest!
