What bread is good for fatty liver?

I was told I have a fatty liver, and I'm trying to make healthier food choices, especially for breakfast. What kind of bread is good to eat if you have a fatty liver?

From my experience, switching from white bread to whole wheat or multigrain helped me feel better overall. I also cut down on processed foods. I'm not a doctor, so please consult one for fatty liver, but these dietary changes generally improve gut health.

Hey! For fatty liver, definitely go for whole wheat or multigrain bread over white bread. The fiber is your friend! 😊 Also, portion control is super important. Ask your doc too, they'll guide best! 👍

My dietician aunt always says if you have fatty liver, stay away from maida! So, white bread is a big no-no. Whole wheat or fiber-rich multigrain is the way to go. But like, she also said to avoid bread generally if possible.

Ram Ram! Mere ghar mein bhi ek ko fatty liver tha. Humne toh maida wali roti band kar di. Pure gehu ki roti ya phir jo anaj wali bread hoti hai na, woh khaate the. Thoda kam tel aur masala bhi kiya. Doctor ko ek baar pooch lena beta, woh achha batayenge.

For fatty liver, the focus should be on complex carbohydrates and fiber. So, 100% whole wheat or high-fiber multigrain bread is a much better choice than refined white bread. However, limiting bread consumption altogether and focusing on rotis or oats might be even more beneficial.
