What brain waves are in rem sleep?

I'm trying to understand more about sleep cycles. I heard there are different brain waves during different stages of sleep. What type of brain waves are typically present during REM sleep?

REM sleep is mostly characterized by theta waves and beta waves, which is interesting because beta waves are also present when you're awake. It's why dreams feel so real sometimes. My sleep tracker shows this pattern quite clearly.

Achha, ye sab toh bahut technical hai na? But for good sleep, main hamesha positive rehti hoon, gratitude karti hoon. Jab mann shant hota hai toh neend bhi gehri aati hai. Try to relax your mind before sleeping, it helps a lot.

OMG, brain waves? That sounds like something from my bio class! All I know is when I get enough REM, I don't feel like a zombie in the morning. Adhi raat tak Netflix dekho toh sab waves kharab ho jaati hain, haha.

For good quality REM sleep, a consistent sleep schedule is key. Also, avoid heavy meals and caffeine close to bedtime. I make sure my body is recovered from my workout and then it just sleeps deeper.

Arey, ye toh thoda scientific baat ho gayi na. Hum toh bas itna jaante hain ki achhi neend aani chahiye. Jab achhe se so jaate hain, subah fresh lagta hai, ho na? Bas wahi important hai.

Honestly, I used to struggle with sleep a lot. Didn't know about brain waves, but once I fixed my sleep hygiene, like no phone before bed, my sleep improved. Felt more rested. Maybe these waves sort themselves out then.
