What blood work shows kidney function?

My dad has a history of kidney issues, so I get regular check-ups. What blood work exactly shows kidney function? I always look at the reports but don't fully understand them.

My doctor wrote a Kidney Function Test (KFT) to check my creatinine levels. I'm feeling a bit nervous about the results. Has anyone else gone through this routine test and felt anxious?

You need to ask for a KFT, which looks at serum creatinine and blood urea. Keeping active with regular walks is great for kidney circulation, provided your doctor says it's okay for you.

For kidney health, the standard panel is a KFT, measuring creatinine, urea, and uric acid. If you consume a high-protein diet, keeping an eye on these markers is a good habit. Stay hydrated!

I log all my health parameters on my app, and my doctor recently updated my Kidney Function Test (KFT) details. It primarily checks creatinine and eGFR to monitor filtration rate. It's very easy to track online!

Hey, my dad just got his KFT done last week. It basically tests creatinine and blood urea to see if the kidneys are filtering fine. Simple blood test, nothing to worry about!

Go to any standard lab and ask for a Kidney Function Test (KFT). It will show your serum creatinine and urea levels clearly. Get the reports and consult a physician.
