What blood test shows fatty liver?

My ultrasound showed some concerns about my liver, and the doctor mentioned fatty liver. What blood test would usually show if someone has fatty liver?

LFT (Liver Function Test) is the primary indicator. Often followed by an ultrasound.

Ah, fatty liver! Probably from all the delicious samosas, eh? 😉 They usually check for it with a Liver Function Test (LFT) first. If that looks a bit off, sometimes doctors suggest an ultrasound to actually 'see' the fat. Always better to get it properly checked.

For fatty liver, doctors typically start with a Liver Function Test (LFT) to see enzyme levels. If those are elevated, they might suggest an ultrasound to confirm the fatty liver. Always get professional medical advice for diagnosis.

Oh, fatty liver is a common topic these days! From what I've researched, they usually do a Liver Function Test (LFT) first. And if that's not normal, an ultrasound is often recommended to actually visualize the fat. It's interesting how much scans can show!

Please, if you have any symptoms, don't ignore them like I did! For fatty liver, they usually do a Liver Function Test (LFT), and then often an ultrasound for confirmation. Get it checked out as soon as possible, early detection is key.
