Liver function check karne ke liye LFT (Liver Function Test) hota hai na. Usme SGPT, SGOT, bilirubin jaise levels dekhte hain. Tabhi pata chalta hai liver theek hai ya nahi. Ho na?

The standard and most comprehensive blood test for liver function is the Liver Function Test (LFT). It includes several markers like ALT (SGPT), AST (SGOT), Alkaline Phosphatase, GGT, Bilirubin, and Albumin. These collectively give a good picture of your liver's health. It's a routine test.

Even with a healthy diet and regular gym, it's good to monitor organ health. For liver function, the Liver Function Test (LFT) is the way to go. It checks enzyme levels like ALT and AST. Important to get it checked if you suspect anything or for routine wellness.

Being very conscious about my diet, I often get health check-ups. For liver function, the standard test is called a Liver Function Test, or LFT. It gives a good overview of how well your liver is detoxifying and processing. It helps to adjust diet if needed.
