What blood pressure reading causes stroke?

I'm trying to keep my blood pressure under control because I've seen many people around me suffer from strokes. I want to know at what reading the risk becomes very high. What blood pressure reading causes stroke?

I had a stroke last year. My BP was consistently around 190/110 for weeks before it happened, which I unfortunately ignored. The doctors said these sustained high readings put immense pressure on brain vessels. Now I track it religiously and take my meds. Don't ever take such high numbers lightly.

Arey, bohot zyada high BP toh stroke ka risk badhata hai na. Doctors bolte hain 180/120 se upar ho toh turant hospital jaana chahiye. But sabki body alag hoti hai, toh better hai doctor se hi baat karein. Ho na?

My grandmother always said to keep BP under control. For stroke, doctors usually mention readings around 180/120 or higher as extremely dangerous. Always get proper medical advice from a doctor, they will guide you correctly.

It's really scary to think about BP and stroke, I totally get that anxiety. While doctors generally classify readings above 180/120 as a hypertensive crisis which increases stroke risk, it's also about consistent high pressure over time. Please talk to a doctor if you're worried about specific numbers.

My uncle had a stroke, and his BP was like, insane, around 190/130 when it happened. So yeah, super high BP is def a risk. If your readings are anywhere near that, don't mess around, go see a doctor ASAP.

My own father had a stroke last year. His doctor explained that persistent readings above 180/120 significantly increase the risk. It's not just a single high reading, but the constant strain on blood vessels over time. Regular monitoring and medication adherence are crucial.

Beta, it is very important to keep BP in control. Doctors always say if it goes very high, like 180/120, then it is very dangerous for the brain. While a little neem or garlic can help general health, for such serious numbers, only a good doctor can help. Don't delay.
