What best position to sleep?

I often wake up with a stiff neck or back, and I'm wondering if my sleeping position is the problem. What is the best position to sleep in for overall health and to avoid pain?

Honestly, the best position is whatever feels most comfortable for you and doesn't give you any pain when you wake up. For me, sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees really helps my back. My husband sleeps on his back, and he swears by it. Try different things!

I love sleeping on my side, curled up like a shrimp! 🍤😂 But seriously, a lot of people say sleeping on your back is best for your spine. Experiment a bit and see what works for you without any morning aches! Sweet dreams! 😴

Haan, neend achi aani chahiye na? Gaon mein toh log jaise marzi so jaate hain, zameen pe bhi. Lekin agar koi takleef hai, toh karwat leke, ya fir seedhe pet ke bal nahi, kamar ke bal sona accha kehte hain. Jo dil ko theek lage, wahi karo beti.

For many years I used to sleep on my stomach and had back issues. My doctor told me to try sleeping on my back or side. It took time to adjust, but now I mostly sleep on my side with a small pillow for my neck. The key is to listen to your body and what feels right, not just what's popular.
