What best for liver health?

My doctor recently advised me to focus on my liver health because of some elevated enzyme levels. I'm trying to figure out what kind of diet or habits are best for liver health. Any common advice?

Ah, the liver! That unsung hero that puts up with all our shenanigans. Best thing? Treat it like your favorite relative – feed it good stuff, don't overwork it with late-night parties, and give it a break from time to time. Hydration is key, and maybe fewer pakoras? Just kidding (mostly)!

I totally get it, liver health is so important and often overlooked. Honestly, cutting down on processed foods and too much sugar makes a huge difference. I try to eat lots of greens and drink plenty of water. It feels good to support my body.

Dekho, simple hai. Daaru kam karo, fried food chhodo. Fresh fruits aur sabzi khao. Aur paani bohot peeyo. Regular exercise bhi important hai. Baaki stress mat lo zyada, woh bhi acha nahi liver ke liye.

As someone managing BP, I can tell you that liver health is linked to overall well-being. Focus on a balanced diet, less salt and sugar, and definitely avoid excessive alcohol. Regular checkups, including liver function tests, are crucial to catch anything early. Don't ignore signals.

Liver health, haan? Meri toh abhi tak chal rahi hai, pata nahi kaise! Bas thoda sambhal ke khaao, yaar. Woh greasy stuff jo dil karta hai khaane ka, wohi liver ko dukhi karta hai. Aur doctor bolte hain na, walk karo, paani peeyo. Kya karein, sunna toh padega.

Oh, liver health! I'm always worried about it. I keep reading about what foods are bad. I think the best is just to follow a doctor's advice, cut down on all the bad stuff like excess sugar and fat, and try to get some exercise. It's so confusing sometimes, but better safe than sorry.

When I was younger, I never thought about my liver. But as you get older, you realise its importance. Just live a balanced life, my friend. Don't stress too much, eat home-cooked food mostly, and your liver will thank you for it in the long run. It's resilient!

Just try to eat fresh and healthy food, and drink enough water. Small positive changes help a lot for your liver.

For busy professionals, liver health means smart choices. I try to pack my own lunch with whole grains and veggies, limit ordering in, and keep hydrated. Avoid late-night heavy meals. Small changes add up, you don't need a full detox every month.

My child, for a healthy liver, our ancestors always advised moderation in all things. Avoid too much oily or spicy food. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon in the morning. And guduchi (giloy) juice is also said to be very good, but always check with a doctor first, okay?

Dude, cut the crap food. Seriously. No processed junk, minimal alcohol, and lots of greens. Hydrate properly. If you're serious, get your LFT done annually. Simple. No magic pills.
