What are three functions of the liver?

My husband recently had some blood tests, and his liver enzymes were a bit off. I'm trying to understand what the liver actually does. What are its main functions?

The liver detoxifies blood, produces bile for digestion, and stores essential vitamins and glucose. It is truly the body's main chemical factory.

Our bodies are beautiful systems created to keep us balanced. The liver works selflessly to detoxify our blood, process nutrients from our food, and manufacture vital proteins. Stay positive, eat pure foods, and bless your body with good health daily.

Over the years, I have seen that if you keep your liver happy with simple food, it does wonders. It filters out all toxins, helps digest our food by producing bile, and stores energy for when we are tired. Treat it well and it will keep you healthy for a long time.

The liver is responsible for bile production, filtering waste, and processing fats. While a little turmeric water can support digestion, please remember that any severe liver issues or yellowing of the skin need proper medical care immediately.

Having recovered from liver issues, I can tell you its functions are critical. It filters harmful toxins from our blood, processes fats and carbohydrates, and produces blood-clotting factors. Cut down on alcohol and heavy sugars to keep these functions running perfectly.

Our liver does so much work for us, haan na. It helps in digesting food by making bile, clears out all the bad toxins, and stores glucose for energy. We really must take care of it by avoiding oily outside food.
