What are the types of breast cancer?

A friend of mine recently found a lump and is very scared about breast cancer. We're trying to educate ourselves to support her. What are the main types of breast cancer that are commonly diagnosed?

There are mainly ductal carcinoma and lobular carcinoma, which can be invasive or non-invasive. While eating fresh, clean food and managing stress is good for general well-being, any lump, nipple discharge, or skin change needs immediate screening at a hospital. Please do not delay.

My brain is fried from work, but from what I know, the main types are invasive ductal and invasive lobular carcinoma. If you are asking because you found a lump, please close this app and go book an appointment for a mammogram or ultrasound. Google will only ruin your sleep.

Actually, there are invasive and non-invasive types, mostly ductal or lobular, yaar. Also things like Triple Negative which is quite aggressive. It sounds really scary, but early detection makes a massive difference, so regular self-exams are a must.

The main classifications are ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), invasive ductal carcinoma, and lobular carcinoma. I always tell my friends to go to a specialized oncology center for screenings. Ask your doctor clearly to explain the pathology report if you have one, they are the best guides.

Ductal and lobular are the main types, and then doctors look at receptor types like HER2. Don't let these tongue-twisting names scare you! Medical science has progressed so much now, just trust your doc and stay positive.

It is divided into ductal and lobular carcinomas, which can be invasive or in situ. Please consult an oncologist for any diagnostic queries.

They are classified as ductal or lobular, and also by hormone receptor status. Testing for this, like mammograms and biopsies, can be quite expensive, so it is highly practical to have a health insurance policy that covers cancer treatments. Always check hospital rates beforehand.

They are ductal carcinoma and lobular carcinoma, and they are also classified by hormone receptor status (like ER, PR, HER2). Since I manage my diabetes carefully, I know how crucial metabolic health is, but cancer requires specialized medical therapy. Always get annual screenings done.
