What are the two kinds of arthritis?

My mother has been complaining about joint pain for a while, and the doctor said it might be some kind of arthritis. I'm trying to understand the condition better to help her. What are the main types of arthritis that commonly affect people?

Mainly it is osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. First one is mostly due to age and wear-tear, and the second one is autoimmune. Honestly, instead of reading too much online, just focus on keeping your weight in check and doing gentle knee exercises daily, it helps a lot.

It can be so overwhelming when you first start looking this up. Osteroarthritis and rheumatoid are the two main ones, but hearing these names itself made me feel very down initially. Please don't lose hope, with the right doctor and some patience, you can manage the pain and lead a normal life.

They are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, but don't try to self-diagnose. I ignored my joint pain for almost a year thinking it was just weakness, and now my knees are badly damaged. Go to a rheumatologist and get proper tests done before it gets worse.

Beta, the two most common types are osteoarthritis, which is wear and tear of cartilage as we age, and rheumatoid arthritis, where your own immune system attacks the joints. Both need different treatments. Keep moving, eat fresh home food, and make sure to consult a good specialist for a proper plan.

Yeah, it's basically osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Don't worry, both are very manageable with proper medical guidance.
