What are the tubules of the kidney?

I was watching a science documentary about the human body, and they briefly mentioned the kidneys, but I didn't catch all the details. I'm curious to know more about how they work. What are the tubules of the kidney, and what do they do?

When my father had kidney issues, the doctor explained that these tubules are tiny tubes that help filter waste and reabsorb water and minerals back into the blood. That is all I know about them from our hospital visits.

These are small, microscopic tubes inside our kidneys that clean our blood and separate the waste to make urine. God has made our body so wonderfully complex. Make sure to drink enough water to keep them clean and healthy.

These tiny tubules are part of the divine design of our body, working silently day and night to keep us pure. Bless your body with pure water and healthy food, stay positive, and take good care of yourself.

In the yogic view, the renal tubules filter and balance the water element in our body. Staying well-hydrated and practicing gentle twisting poses helps maintain healthy circulation to these vital filtering units.

They are the tiny heroes of our kidneys that sort out the good stuff from the waste! Just keep drinking your water daily to keep these little pipes working smoothly! Have a great day!

Think of them as the micro-filtration pipes of your body. They process the filtered fluid and return the good stuff to your bloodstream. Keep your salt intake in check to prevent putting extra pressure on them.

I totally get it, medical terms like proximal and distal tubules can sound so confusing. Basically, they are just tiny channels that make sure your body doesn't lose important nutrients while filtering out waste. Hope this simple picture helps you.
