What are the signs that breast cancer has spread?

My mami ji was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and the doctor mentioned it's important to watch out for signs if it spreads. It's really worrying me, so I want to understand what those signs could be.

Haan, if there is a constant, severe bone pain in the back or joints that doesn't go away, it could mean it has spread, na. Also, if they have a dry cough that doesn't clear up, please take them to their oncologist immediately.

In my sister's case, she started having severe shortness of breath and extreme fatigue even while sitting. I won't give any medical advice, but that's when her doctor ordered a CT scan and found it had spread to her lungs. It's always best to get new symptoms checked.

Hey, try not to stress too much, but it's really important to keep an eye on new symptoms. Things like constant headaches, feeling dizzy, or a sudden loss of appetite can sometimes mean the cancer is moving. Just discuss it openly with your doctor, they will guide you best.

I agree with the others. Unexplained weight loss and a constant yellowing of the skin or eyes are also signs that require an immediate visit to the hospital.

Actually, constant nausea, severe swelling in the armpits or neck, and feeling super weak out of nowhere are big warning signs, yaar. Don't wait for the next routine checkup; just call the hospital and report it right away.
