What are the signs of eczema?

I've had these red, itchy patches on my arms and legs for a while, especially when it's dry. My friend said it could be eczema. What are the common signs of eczema I should look out for?

If you look like a red, itchy bear scratching your elbows and knees all day, welcome to the club! Dry, flaky, and intensely itchy skin patches are the classic signs. Don't worry, a dermatologist can help you sort it out easily without you scratching your skin off.

Actually, my brother had these super dry, rough patches on his wrists that would bleed when he scratched them, yaar. We thought it was just a regular dry skin issue, but it was eczema. Better to get a proper cream from a skin doctor.

I agree, dry and extremely itchy red patches are the main signs of eczema. Applying a fragrance-free moisturizer right after a bath helps a lot, but do consult a dermatologist.

Hey, don't stress too much about those itchy spots! If your skin is dry, red, and has tiny bumps that itch like crazy, it's probably eczema. Just visit a dermatologist once, get a good moisturizer, and you'll be absolutely fine, trust me.

Please don't start applying random homemade ubtans or garlic pastes to those itchy red patches; it will only trigger more inflammation. Eczema needs proper clinical diagnosis and steroid or non-steroid creams prescribed by a certified dermatologist.

Oh, skin issues can be so incredibly stressful and make you feel so self-conscious! Eczema usually shows up as dry, red, and swollen skin that gets extremely itchy, especially at night. Please see a skin specialist so you can get the right soothing treatment.
