What are the signs of a minor stroke?

My chacha ji recently had some kind of episode, the doctor said it might have been a minor stroke. We want to be more aware of the signs so we can act fast if something like this happens again. What exactly should we look out for?

I recently felt a sudden, weird numbness in my left hand that lasted for ten minutes and then went away. Has anyone else experienced this? I read that temporary numbness, slurred speech, or vision blur can be a minor stroke (TIA) and we must see a doctor immediately.

Even if the numbness or speech slurring lasts for only a few minutes and disappears, do not ignore it. This is often a warning of a bigger stroke. Keep a vehicle ready and go straight to a hospital with a CT scan facility for an immediate checkup.

Oh god, reading about stroke signs always makes my heart race so much! But please, if you or someone else suddenly feels dizzy, has trouble finding words, or feels one side of the face drooping, don't wait to see if it gets better. Go to the hospital right now to be safe.

A healthy diet is great, but it cannot reverse neurological symptoms once they start. Signs like a sudden tilt in the smile, weakness in one arm, or difficulty speaking are major warning signs of a minor stroke. Please bypass any diet changes and seek immediate medical evaluation.

I had a transient ischemic attack, or minor stroke, last month. It started with my speech suddenly getting jumbled and my right hand losing grip for about five minutes. My doctor told me I was lucky we came to the ER immediately, so please do not ignore even brief symptoms.
