What are the signs before a heart attack?

My husband has a family history of heart problems, and he's been complaining about some chest discomfort lately. We are very worried. What are the signs to watch out for before a heart attack?

Honestly, with my 4 hours of sleep, my heart already feels like a drum kit. But seriously, real signs like sudden crushing chest pain, sweating, or pain shooting down your arm are no joke. If you feel any of that, please stop googling at 2 AM like me and get to a hospital immediately.

I can only tell you what happened with my brother-in-law last year. He just thought it was heavy acidity and was sitting with a cold glass of milk, but then the pain spread to his jaw and back. We rushed him to the ER just in time, so never ignore that kind of sudden heavy pressure.

Beta, for normal gas we try ajwain or warm water, but if there is extreme tightness in the chest, breathing trouble, or cold sweat, no home remedy will work. I always tell my family that these are red flags. Please don't waste time on home tips for chest pain and go see a doctor immediately.

Don't panic and think every little burp is a heart attack, yaaro! But jokes aside, if your chest feels like an elephant is sitting on it, or you get sudden breathlessness out of nowhere, that is the alarm. Don't be a hero, just call an ambulance or get to the nearest clinic fast.

While garlic and a good diet are great for long-term heart health, they cannot stop an active emergency. Signs like chest heaviness, pain in the left arm, and sudden dizziness are extremely serious. If anyone is experiencing these, bypass all natural remedies and get medical help immediately.
