Actually, many people confuse chest tightness with acidity, yaar. But if there is a heavy pressure on the chest, like an elephant is sitting on it, along with pain radiating down your left arm or jaw, it's a major sign. Do not ignore this and get to an ER immediately.

At my age, every gastric pain feels like the end! But seriously, if you have sudden cold sweats, shortness of breath, and extreme dizziness along with chest discomfort, it is not just the samosa you ate. Don't waste time trying Eno, call for an ambulance right away.

Time is muscle when it comes to cardiac events. Key signs include acute chest pain, pressure, numbness in the arms or neck, and sudden difficulty in breathing. If you observe these, bypass any clinics and go straight to the nearest cardiac care hospital emergency room.

My dad's friend had one recently and he just felt really nauseous and started sweating heavily out of nowhere, even though the AC was on. He didn't even have major chest pain at first. It's scary how different the symptoms can be, so please get help immediately if you feel off.

Humare yahan ek padosi ko achanak se bahut ghabrahat hone lagi aur saas phoolne lagi thi, lag raha tha dum ghut raha hai. Chest me bahut dard tha aur pasina beh raha tha. Aise achanak pasina aur ghabrahat ho toh turant doctor ke paas bhagna chahiye, bilkul deri nahi karni chahiye.

According to the cardiologist my mother visits, women often present with atypical symptoms like extreme fatigue, upper back pain, and lightheadedness rather than classic crushing chest pain. Any unexplained, sudden chest discomfort accompanied by breathlessness should be treated as a medical emergency.
