What are the seven warning signs of cancer?

I saw an advertisement about cancer awareness, and it mentioned 'warning signs'. I'm trying to be more proactive about my health. Can you list the seven common warning signs of cancer that everyone should know?

Honestly, at my age, every morning a new body part aches and I think it is the end of the road. But seriously, stuff like a cough that just wont go or weird weight loss without even trying are the actual warning signs. Better to get these checked instead of scanning Google at 2 AM like I do.

I completely understand why you are asking this, health anxiety is so real and reading about symptoms can be scary. Usually, people look out for things like unexplained lumps, sudden changes in bowel habits, or unusual bleeding. If something feels off, just book a quick doctor consult so you can get peace of mind.

I have been awake for 20 hours and honestly my memory is failing, but I think persistent indigestion or difficulty swallowing is on that list. If you are feeling chronically tired like me, it is probably just bad sleep, but if it is accompanied by weird lumps, then definitely get it checked. Now I need a coffee.

Beta, in my seventy years, I have seen that our body always gives us a quiet signal when something is wrong. Things like sores that do not heal or a sudden change in a mole are simple things the body shows us. Don't panic, just keep an eye on your health and visit your family doctor regularly.

The classic warning signs generally include unexplained weight loss, persistent fatigue, skin changes, and unusual bleeding. However, these symptoms can also point to very minor, non-serious health issues. It is always best to consult a specialist rather than trying to self-diagnose based on standard lists.

Hey! Just wanted to say stay positive and don't stress too much about lists online. Keep an eye out for things like a hoarse voice that doesnt go away or changes in your bathroom routine, but always remember it could be something totally simple too! Sending you good vibes and healthy wishes. 👍
