My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and gets sunburns very easily, which the doctor said is a major risk factor for skin cancer later in life. We never leave the house without a good SPF 50 sunscreen and a wide hat now. Please protect your kids' skin from harsh afternoon sun.

While morning sunlight is wonderful for our prana and Vitamin D, harsh mid-day sun exposure can damage the delicate layers of our skin. People with fair skin or many moles are at a higher risk. Always practice outdoor yoga in the early morning hours to stay safe.

Oh god, I have so many moles on my arms and I keep worrying if they are changing shape. I read that having a family history and fair skin are big risk factors. Please go get any new or growing spot checked by a skin specialist, it's better to be safe.

Having PCOS makes my skin sensitive to hormonal treatments and inflammation, so I am always extra careful. A family history of skin cancer and having pale skin are definitely notable risk factors. I always prefer seeking a proper dermatologist's advice for any skin changes.

Hey bro, don't stress too much about every tiny freckle on your body. While UV exposure and fair skin are risk factors, most moles are totally harmless. Just wear your sunscreen when you go out and you'll be perfectly fine.

I love eating my street food under the open sky, but my dermatologist friend told me that UV rays are no joke! Having lots of unusual moles and a history of bad sunburns are actual risk factors. So now I apply sunscreen even when I'm just running out to grab some pav bhaji.

Just like we monitor our thyroid levels, we must monitor our skin health, especially if we have a weak immune system. Age and genetic history are key risk factors. Make sure to consult your dermatologist for a full-body skin check if you notice any spots.

Listen up, skin cancer is not just a western country problem. Prolonged exposure to sun without protection, radiation therapy, and a weak immune system are solid risk factors here too. Stop roaming around in peak sun without a hat or sunscreen.

As busy professionals, we often forget that daily commuting in peak sun adds up UV damage over the years. Having a history of frequent outdoor work is a major risk. Keep a bottle of sunscreen in your office bag and apply it before leaving for meetings.

Let's be real, UV radiation from tanning beds and harsh sun is the most preventable risk factor. If you have fair skin, a family history, or works outdoors, you are at risk. Don't skip sunscreen and get any suspicious-looking mole biopsied immediately.
