What are the forms of arthritis?

My father has been diagnosed with arthritis, and I've heard there are different types. I want to understand his condition better. Can anyone explain the various forms of arthritis?

Honestly, I only know the kind that makes me creak when I get out of bed after 4 hours of sleep! But seriously, my nani has rheumatoid arthritis, and it's quite tough for her. Lots of pain in her hands and knees.

Hey! My auntie has osteoarthritis, which I think is the most common one. It's basically wear and tear on the joints, happens with age. She manages it with some exercises and keeping her weight in check. There are definitely different types though.

I'm always worried about joint pain. Sometimes my knees feel stiff in the morning, is that a sign of something like arthritis? Anyone else experience that randomly or is it just me? Makes me a bit nervous.

I know some foods can trigger inflammation, which makes certain types of arthritis worse, like spicy stuff or too much rich food. Makes me sad sometimes when I think about my biryani cravings. But yeah, diet plays a role too, depending on the type of arthritis.

My neighbour has gout, which is also a form of arthritis. It's caused by uric acid buildup and can be very painful, especially in the big toe. Diet control helps a lot with that. For general joint issues, keeping active and weight management are key.

Forms of arthritis? Haha, I thought there was just 'ouch' and 'really ouch'. But yeah, like everyone said, there's the autoimmune kind, the wear-and-tear kind, and probably a few more that make doctors scratch their heads. Don't self-diagnose based on Google though, that's another type of pain!
