What are the best supplements for arthritis?

My knees have been really stiff and painful lately, making it hard to even walk properly. My friend suggested some supplements might help with my arthritis. I'm wondering what options are generally recommended for this?

My dad has arthritis, and the doctor told him to take glucosamine and chondroitin. He says it helps a bit with the stiffness. Also, fish oil, for omega-3, that also doc said. But yeah, check with your doctor, don't just start anything.

Arthritis can be so tough, it really wears you down both physically and mentally. It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed when looking for relief. I found that turmeric supplements, as recommended by my doctor, provided some comfort along with my prescribed medicines. Please talk to your doctor about your options.

Oh, arthritis, the body's way of saying 'I'm old, even if you're not!' 😂 On a serious note, my aunt swears by omega-3 supplements and turmeric. But don't just raid the pharmacy, ask your doc first! Wouldn't want you turning into a giant fish, or a walking spice jar!

Arthritis is really challenging. Best to consult a doctor for personalized advice on supplements.

Yaar, for arthritis, my grandma takes some specific supplements but only after consulting her doctor, haan. Actually, glucosamine and chondroitin are quite common, but you need to check if they suit you. Never self-medicate, dude.
