What are the 7 warning signs of skin cancer?

I work outdoors a lot, and I've noticed a few new moles on my arms. My wife told me I should get them checked, but before I do, I wanted to understand what are the serious signs of skin cancer. Just need to know what I'm looking for.

Forget those forwarded WhatsApp remedies or quick Google searches for serious stuff like skin cancer. If you see any suspicious mole or new skin growth, especially if it's changing, get it checked by a dermatologist. Only a doctor can give you a proper diagnosis, not some random online list.

Dude, I had a mole that looked a bit weird to my girlfriend, so she made me get it checked. Turns out it was nothing, just a weird mole, but doc said it was good I came. So yeah, if anything looks suspicious on your skin, just show it to a dermatologist. It's not a big deal.

This is so helpful. So, if a mole has uneven borders or changes color, those are definitely big warning signs, right? And what if it's just a new mole that suddenly appeared, but it looks normal? Should I still be worried about that?

I'm always checking my kids' moles, especially after they play outside. Any mole that changes size, shape, color, or starts to itch or bleed, I take them to the doctor. Early detection is really crucial for anything like this. Better safe than sorry for our little ones.

It can be really scary to notice changes on your skin, and then read about things like skin cancer. I've been there, feeling anxious. It's important to remember that not all changes are serious, but the best way to ease your mind is to get a professional opinion. Your feelings are valid.
