Vestibular migraine sounds so debilitating. I've tried many home remedies for regular migraines myself, like ginger tea or peppermint oil on the temples, which sometimes help with the aura. But for something with vertigo, please consult a neuro, they can suggest specific things to manage. Stay strong, it's tough.

Migraines, especially with vestibular symptoms, can be awful. For people like me with high BP, it's important to keep stress down, eat on time, and have regular checkups. Sometimes these things can trigger episodes. Lifestyle changes are very important.

I've read that tracking triggers can be super helpful for migraines, including vestibular ones. Apps can log symptoms, food, sleep, and stress, which might reveal patterns for different phases. It's about data-driven management to understand your body better.

My son used to get severe dizziness and headaches, which turned out to be vestibular migraine. It was so hard to see him struggle. We learned to identify his triggers, like certain foods or lack of sleep, and tried to avoid them. A quiet, dark room during an attack and prescribed meds were life-savers.

For conditions like vestibular migraine, finding calm and managing stress is very important. Gentle yoga poses, especially those that don't involve quick head movements, and deep breathing exercises (pranayama) can sometimes help to reduce the intensity and frequency of episodes, alongside medical treatment.

When I first heard about vestibular migraine, I thought it was some rare, untreatable condition and really freaked out. But after seeing a good neurologist, it turns out it's quite manageable with the right medication and lifestyle adjustments. It's not a 'normal' headache, so don't dismiss it, get proper help.
