What are the 4 silent signs of a heart attack?

My neighbour recently had a heart attack, and she said she didn't even realize it at first. I'm getting a bit older now, so I want to be aware. What are some of the less obvious, or 'silent', signs of a heart attack that I should know about?

Beta, heart matters are serious. Sometimes the body gives signals that are not obvious. Don't ignore any new discomfort, especially if it's persistent. It's always better to get it checked out rather than dismissing it. My generation, we often waited too long.

This is so important, especially for us with diabetes, as heart issues can be silent. Watch for unusual fatigue, shortness of breath even with light activity, discomfort in the jaw/back/arm, or persistent indigestion that isn't typical. My doctor always stresses these points.

Trust me, they're called 'silent' for a reason. I had what felt like severe indigestion and exhaustion for days, brushed it off as stress. Turned out it was a heart attack. If you feel *anything* unusual that persists, just go to the hospital. Don't wait.

Silent heart attack signs include unusual fatigue, shortness of breath, unexplained body aches (like in the jaw or back), and even lightheadedness. These are often subtle and can be easily mistaken for other issues, so vigilance is key.
