Just like the thyroid gland has many crucial roles, kidneys are super busy! They filter waste from your blood, balance body fluids, produce hormones, control blood pressure, make red blood cells, and keep your bones healthy by activating Vitamin D. It's amazing how many functions they have, that's why regular check-ups for kidney health are important.

Amma always tells us to drink plenty of water to keep our kidneys healthy. They do so much important work! They filter out all the bad things from our blood, keep water and salt balanced, help control blood pressure, and make hormones for red blood cells. So many functions! Doctor's advice is always best to keep them strong.

The kidneys are vital, especially for someone like me managing high BP. They filter waste and excess water from blood, regulate blood pressure through hormones, control red blood cell production, maintain electrolyte balance (like sodium and potassium), and help activate Vitamin D for bone health. Regular checkups, including kidney function tests, are essential to keep them healthy, along with managing BP.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give a full list. But from what I understand, kidneys are like the body's filters, right? They clean the blood and remove excess water. I know my doctor always emphasizes good hydration for kidney health. So, drinking enough water is super important.

Kidneys are really powerful! Their main jobs include filtering waste and toxins from your blood, maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance, regulating blood pressure by releasing hormones, and stimulating red blood cell production. They also activate Vitamin D for bone health. So, basically, they're essential for overall well-being!

Haan, kidneys are very important, beti. They clean our blood, make sure we have enough water in body, and help our blood pressure. Also, they make some things for our bones strong. So many works they do for us silently. We must drink enough water for them. Very simple, but very important.

The kidneys, they are truly a blessing. They clean our blood, balance our water, and even help make blood and keep bones strong. So many hidden jobs they do! My father always said, 'Take care of your kidneys, they take care of you.' Drink good water, avoid too much salt. Simple things, but they go a long way.

When my child had kidney issues, I learned how critical these organs are. They clean the blood, control body fluids, help with blood pressure, make red blood cells, and even support bone health. It's not just filtering, they do so much behind the scenes. We make sure he drinks enough water and follows the doctor's diet strictly.
