Honestly, it's a tough one because there are so many factors, some we can't control. But what I try to do, especially with my PCOS, is keep my lifestyle clean. Eat home-cooked food mostly, try to manage stress, and get some movement in. Regular check-ups are also super important, don't miss those. Don't take any chances.

For us middle-class people, it's about making smart choices that are also affordable. So, instead of fancy supplements, we focus on fresh, local fruits and vegetables that are in season. Walking daily is free exercise. And avoiding excessive junk food, which saves money too! Simple things make a big difference.

As a parent, I worry about everything. For cancer prevention, we focus a lot on a balanced diet for the whole family, lots of fruits and veggies. And making sure the kids play outside instead of just screen time. Avoiding processed foods as much as possible is also a big one for us.

From what I've read and understood, a holistic approach is best. That means a balanced diet, regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding smoking/excessive alcohol. But for personalised advice and specific screenings, seeing a doctor is always the most reliable way forward.

Oh, I remember panicking about this exact thing a few years ago. I read so much! What I learned is that small, consistent healthy habits are key. Don't stress too much about every single thing, just focus on general well-being like a good diet, regular exercise, and enough sleep. It really helps calm the mind.

Hey! I use my fitness tracker to ensure I hit my steps daily, which helps keep me active. I also track my food intake on an app to make sure I'm getting enough fibre and nutrients. It's not about being obsessive, just about being mindful of daily habits. And don't forget to hydrate!

My athai always says, 'Nalla sapadu, nalla thoongu, nalla vaazh'. Eat good food, sleep well, live well. So we focus on traditional food, lots of turmeric and fresh vegetables. But if you have any real concerns, please consult a good doctor. Family wisdom is good but medical science is important.

It's a really scary topic, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed when thinking about it. I went through a phase where I was just so anxious. What helped me was focusing on what I *could* control – things like eating wholesome food, exercising, and trying to get enough sleep. Just take it one day at a time, don't let the fear paralyse you.

As someone with thyroid issues, I'm always told how important regular check-ups and early detection are for so many health problems, including cancer. So my main advice would be to never skip your annual physicals and if something feels off, get it checked by a doctor immediately. Don't delay!

Oh god, this question always sends me down a rabbit hole of research! I get so anxious thinking about all the things that *could* go wrong. But then I try to remind myself to focus on the basics: healthy eating, regular check-ups, and managing stress. It's the only way to not feel completely overwhelmed. You're doing great by even asking!

Beti, hamare zamane mein log itna sochte nahi the. Bas ghar ka khana khate the aur mehnat karte the. Lekin ab sab badal gaya hai. Haldi doodh, tulsi, neem – yeh sab traditional cheezein toh achi hain immunity ke liye. Aur haan, dhoop mein bhi baithna chahiye thoda vitamin D ke liye. But doctor se bhi consult karna zaroori hai.

Humne toh apni zindagi mein bohot kuch dekha hai. My mother always said, 'Jo khate ho, wahi tum ban jaate ho.' So, eat fresh, seasonal food, avoid all those packet waley items. And most importantly, stay happy and stress-free. Mental peace is also very crucial, believe me.

Preventing cancer, haan? I'm just trying to prevent my back from giving up after sitting at the desk all day! But seriously, I've heard not smoking, not drinking too much, and eating your greens are the big ones. Basically, all the fun stuff is out. Ugh. But I try my best, for the sake of my kids!

Hello! This is a question many of us think about. The key takeaways from various discussions usually are: focus on a plant-rich diet, stay physically active, maintain a healthy weight, and say no to smoking and too much alcohol. Early detection through regular screenings is also super important. Take care of yourself!
