What are some signs of kidney problems?

My uncle has been complaining about feeling very tired lately, and his feet look a bit swollen. Someone in the family mentioned it could be related to his kidneys. I'm wondering what other things one should look out for if kidneys are having trouble.

Oh, I've been there, thinking every little ache was a major problem! But for kidney issues, common signs are things like puffy eyes in the morning, swollen ankles, or urinating more often, especially at night. Don't immediately panic like I did, but definitely get a check-up if these things are happening consistently.

Beta, when I was younger, I used to ignore many small body pains. But with age, you learn. For kidneys, keep an eye on swelling in your hands or feet, changes in how much you pee, or feeling tired all the time for no reason. These are simple things to notice, and if they persist, just go to the doctor. No need to worry too much, but best to check.

Haan, kidney problems ke signs dhyan mein rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Agar subah uthke aankhon ke neeche puffiness dikhe, ya phir pairon mein swelling aaye, na, toh thoda sochna chahiye. Aur agar baar baar toilet jaana pade, especially raat mein, toh doc ko dikha dena. Best hai, haan.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I was wondering about kidney problems too. I've heard sometimes people feel really tired or have back pain. Are those also common signs? And how long should these signs last before one should worry?

Hey! 😊 Good question! For kidney troubles, some common signs are swelling in your legs/ankles, feeling super tired, or changes in your pee frequency (like going more or less). Also, sometimes nausea and appetite loss can happen. If you notice these, time to see the doc! 🩺
