What are some common sleep disorders?

I've been having trouble sleeping for months now, sometimes I just can't fall asleep, and other times I wake up feeling exhausted. Someone suggested I might have a sleep disorder. What are the common ones people experience?

My son used to have terrible nightmares and would wake up screaming. Turns out, it was a form of sleep disorder. We saw a specialist, and they helped us figure out a routine. Sometimes it's more than just not sleeping enough, you know?

Oh, sleep issues are the worst. I've tried everything from warm milk to meditation. Insomnia is the most common one, where you just can't fall asleep or stay asleep. Then there's sleep apnea, where you stop breathing briefly. It's a nightmare, literally!

There are quite a few, dear. Insomnia, of course, is very common. Then there's sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy where people fall asleep suddenly. If you're having trouble, try to track your sleep patterns and discuss it with a doctor.

I'm just researching this for a project, but wow, there are so many! Like, did you know about narcolepsy? Or restless leg syndrome? It's not just about not being able to sleep, but also about the quality and specific issues during sleep.

For mild sleep issues, I always suggest some yoga or a cup of chamomile tea before bed. But if it's severe, like constant fatigue or suddenly falling asleep, then it's definitely time to see a doc. Don't just rely on home remedies for serious symptoms.

Haha, for me, 'not wanting to wake up' is a major one! But seriously, insomnia is a big one. And my dad snores like a tractor, so I'm pretty sure he has sleep apnea. Don't worry, even doctors sometimes struggle with sleep!
