What are signs of an overworked liver?

I've been feeling unusually tired and my skin sometimes looks a bit yellowish. My wife is worried about my liver, as I used to drink a lot. What are the signs of an overworked liver?

Bhai, agar har waqt thakan lagti hai aur bhookh bilkul nahi lagti, toh samajh lo sharir ishara de raha hai. Chehre pe thoda peela rang dikhne lage toh turant dhyan dena chahiye. Ghar ka saadha khana khao aur thoda aaram karo, sab theek hoga.

Signs like dark urine, yellowing of eyes, and feeling full even after eating very little are common warnings. It is best not to guess these things at home. Get an ultrasound done and consult a proper physician rather than trying heavy home remedies.

I can totally understand why you are asking this, health doubts can make one so anxious. Honestly, I used to worry about my liver too whenever I felt bloated or tired. Usually, signs like constant indigestion or itchy skin are worth discussing with a doctor just to keep your mind at peace.

I had fatty liver last year and my digestion was completely ruined, plus I had this constant dull ache on the right side of my stomach. My doctor clearly told me to stop oily food and alcohol immediately. Just drink plenty of water, cut down sugar, and get a simple LFT blood test done.

Usually, if your liver is struggling, your body won't recover well after workouts and you'll feel sluggish. A bad diet with too much junk and protein supplements without enough water can overload it. Just clean up your eating habits, add some light cardio, and see if your energy levels bounce back.
