Fatty liver in its early stages can cause heavy fatigue, thoda bloating, and mild pain on the right side of the stomach. We often used to drink lukewarm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon in the morning to keep the digestive fire active. But you must also reduce heavy sweets and consult a doctor.

Since I have high blood pressure, my doctor told me that fatty liver is a big warning sign for metabolic issues. It often causes constant tiredness, poor digestion, and can lead to liver inflammation if ignored. Regular ultrasound scans and lifestyle changes are absolutely necessary to keep it under control.

I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver last year, and I used to feel so bloated and tired even after 8 hours of sleep. It really affects your daily energy levels and skin health too. What worked for me was cutting down on processed sugar and walking at least 45 minutes daily.

Look, if you have a fatty liver, the biggest side effect is that your body will feel sluggish all the time, and your digestion will go for a toss. Don't sit around waiting for it to cure itself. Cut down on outside fried food immediately, start moving, and get your liver function tests done.

My family suggested drinking buttermilk with curry leaves to cool the stomach and help the liver. While these traditional cooling foods are very good for daily digestion, a fatty liver requires a proper medical diagnosis. Please consult your physician and get an ultrasound done to check the grade.
