What are normal levels for thyroid?

My sister was just diagnosed with thyroid issues, and I'm a bit worried for myself. I wanted to know what the normal levels are, so I can compare if I ever get tested. Kya normal hota hai na?

Normal TSH levels are usually between 0.4 and 4.0 or 4.5 mIU/L. Managing my BP taught me that these hormone levels fluctuate, so getting regular blood checks every 6 months is key.

The standard TSH range is 0.4 to 4.5. If you find your thyroid is slightly off, clean up your nutrition and stay active. Exercise can help manage some of the sluggishness that comes with thyroid changes.

For an adult, TSH under 4.0 or 4.5 is normal. Along with any treatment, starting a simple daily morning walk of 30 minutes can really boost your metabolism and make you feel much better.

TSH should be between 0.4 to 4.5. When my cousin's thyroid went up, she had crazy sweet cravings! It's good to keep a check so you don't end up blaming your love for gulab jamuns on hormones!

Normal TSH is 0.4 to 4.0. Don't worry if your report is slightly high; thyroid issues are extremely common and highly manageable. Just take it one step at a time and show it to your physician.

TSH should be under 4.5. If you need to test this regularly, look for packages that bundle T3, T4, and TSH together. Booking online during weekend discount offers can save you at least 300-400 rupees.

I was just reading up on this because my mom had a test. The normal range is 0.4 to 4.5 mIU/L, but it can vary slightly depending on the lab. It is quite interesting how such a tiny gland controls so much.

Hey, TSH usually ranges from 0.4 to 4.5. Seriously, don't stress too much about this. Just get your blood test done empty stomach in the morning and everything will be sorted!
