What are nasal cavities?

I've been having some sinus issues lately, and my doctor mentioned checking my 'nasal cavities'. I'm not sure what those are. Can someone explain what nasal cavities are?

Nasal cavities are basically those large, air-filled spaces behind your nose where the air gets filtered and warmed up, ho na. When we get a cold, they block up and make it so hard to breathe. It's quite frustrating, haan na.

They are the main passages for airflow in your face. If you have chronic blockage or pain there, please don't start putting random home-made herbal drops in your nose as suggested online. Go see an ENT specialist to avoid infections.

Don't worry, they are just the normal air passages behind your nose that help you breathe and smell things. If they are feeling dry or congested, just try taking some mild steam inhalation. Let me know if you feel any pain there, okay?

These cavities are the pathways for your life-force or Prana. Keeping them clear is very important for health. Doing gentle Jal Neti or simple Anulom Vilom pranayama daily helps keep the nasal passages clean and healthy naturally.

I always worry when I feel a slight pressure there, thinking it's a sinus tumor or something serious. Actually, nasal cavities are just normal spaces that filter dust. If you have pain, it's usually just common sinus inflammation, so try not to stress.

They are the internal chambers of the nose lined with membranes that moisten the air. If you are facing issues like frequent bleeding or dry crusts there, please show a doctor instead of ignoring it, as dry winter air can sometimes cause minor irritation.

Nasal cavities play a big role in your oxygen intake during high-intensity workouts. Breathing through your nose keeps the air filtered and improves lung efficiency. If you track your running metrics, you will notice better endurance when these passages are clear.

Nasal cavities are just the physical structures that condition the air we breathe. If yours are getting blocked due to office AC or city pollution, use a simple saline nasal spray. It takes two seconds and keeps them clear throughout the day.
