Beta, in our days we didn't have names for it, but these are conditions that affect your mood, thinking, and behavior, like depression or severe anxiety. Don't think it is a weakness. Just like physical illness, these also get cured with proper care and doctors.

I always worry about this too, even a small panic attack makes me think the worst. These are real disorders like generalized anxiety or OCD that affect your daily life. Please don't search symptoms online too much, it only makes the worry worse. Speak to a therapist.

These are illnesses like depression or PTSD that impact your mental wellbeing. Staying active with regular exercise and a clean diet is great for managing light stress, but always consult a professional psychiatrist for clinical issues.

They are medical conditions like anxiety or clinical depression that affect your daily thoughts and emotions. It is perfectly normal to seek therapy for them.

They are just health conditions that affect how you feel and think, nothing to be ashamed of. I hope you are doing okay, and please reach out to a professional if you need someone to guide you.

Mental health illnesses are medical conditions that disrupt your work and personal life. If you feel constantly drained or unable to focus, don't ignore it. Book a quick online consultation with a psychologist over the weekend.

These illnesses affect your mind and need proper clinical diagnosis. If you are worried about high therapy fees, look for government hospital psychiatry departments or online counseling portals that offer free or low-cost support.

Actually yaar, these are just like any other physical illness, but they happen in our brain, like depression or anxiety. We talk so easily about diabetes, so we should talk about this too. Just get a proper doctor's advice, chill!
